Delivery & Shipping Information
We post out orders five days a week, Monday to Friday and if you place your order before 11am, we aim to dispatch the same working day (Monday - Friday)

During busy periods, we may sometimes post on a Saturday but generally we do not post orders on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays
We deliver throughout the UK and all orders are posted using Royal Mail. However, for heavier items exceeding 20kg, we may chose to use a courier instead, at our discretion.

All parcels are sent Tracked 24 or Tracked 48 and you will be sent a tracking number so you can track your parcel. Please be advised, we do share your email address and mobile phone number with our shipping partners so that they can keep you updated on your parcel
Letters are sent with Royal Mail and whilst you will be sent a tracking number, tracking will only be updated once delivery has taken place and these items cannot be tracked through the system

​​​We aim to keep our prices as low as possible. In order to do this and remain competitive, we do not offer Free Delivery but prefer to offer lower prices consistently across our store. We endeavour to keep delivery charges to a minimum and for orders over 2kg, we do subsidise postage so you pay less.

Postage charges are capped at a maximum of £4.95 for 2nd Class postage.

UK Postage Options
Small Order
When ordering 1 or 2 balls of yarn, these may be sent vacuum packed at a reduced postage. This means they will be compressed and sent as a large letter. Simply cut open the packaging and the yarn will spring back into shape. There are some yarns that cannot be sent this way and these will be exempt from this option
