Returns and Refunds

Cancellation Policy

You have the right to cancel any goods ordered, from the point at which they are ordered, up until the point at which they are despatched. A full refund will be given. As goods in stock are usually despatched the same day they are ordered, please bear in mind that the cancellation period may only be a matter of hours.

If goods have been dispatched, you may return unwanted items at your own expense and a refund will be provided. You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return the item should you change your mind. The cost of returning the item will be at the customers expense. Please contact us first by email at should you wish to return any items. We always advise customers to obtain Proof of Postage when returning any items to us as we will not be held liable for any item that goes missing or are not received back safely.  In this instance, the customer will need to contact Royal Mail and file a lost parcel claim.   

Should any goods you receive from us prove to be faulty, we will arrange for a replacement or refund - whichever you prefer. Before returning faulty goods to us, please contact us first by email. Please note that Knots in wool, whilst frustrating, are no classed as a fault and a refund will not be given in this instance.

Lost or Missing Parcels

Our parcels are tracked through Royal Mail and you will be sent a Tracking Number once your order has been dispatched.  However, we are unable to get any information from Royal Mail about missing items until at least 10 working days have passed from the date of dispatch. Therefore, we are unable to issue a refund or replacement until after this time.

Should you decide to return any goods which are not faulty, please ensure you return them to us within 14 days. We will arrange for a full refund of the cost of the goods, providing the items are unused, and in a saleable condition. We will not be able to cover the cost of returning the goods to us.

Please note that patterns are non-refundable.
